Creamy Chicken, Potato and Soya Bean Korma


1kg OJA! Frozen Strawberries, hulled

1 cup yoghurt

200g castor sugar

½ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 cup basil leaves, roughly torn

¼ cup lemon zest


  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, zest, basil, yoghurt, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients and strain through a sieve.
  3. Churn in an ice-cream maker for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Freeze for another 2 hours and serve on a dark chocolate brownie, if desired.
